The Tote extension reads the product page you’re actually looking at and puts it in your cart. One click, no second checkout, no new tab.
Why it reads the page
Many retailers hide their details from anything that isn’t a browser, and render prices only after the page loads. The extension reads the page as you see it — after the scripts have run, after you’ve picked a size — which is often the only place the real price exists at all.
It only ever looks at the tab you open it on, and only when you click. It is not watching your browsing.

Install the beta build
Pre-releaseIt’s going through Chrome Web Store review. Until it’s listed you can load it yourself — it’s the same build, and it takes about a minute.
- 1Download the extension
The download link goes here once the beta build is published. In the meantime, ask us for it directly.
- 2Unzip it somewhere permanent
Chrome loads the folder from where it sits, so it has to stay put — your Documents folder is fine, your Downloads folder is not.
- 3Open Chrome's extensions page
Paste this into the address bar — browsers block pages from linking to it, so it can’t be a button. Then turn on Developer mode, top right.

Click Load unpacked and pick the folder you unzipped. Then open the Tote icon in your toolbar and sign in — your cart follows you from there.
