Tote is operated by Inquentity Holdings. Using it means agreeing to what follows. We have tried to keep it short and readable.
What Tote is
Tote is a place to save products you are considering, from any store, and return to them later. That is the whole product.
Tote is not a shop. We do not sell anything, hold inventory, take payment, ship anything, or handle returns. When you decide to buy, you go to the retailer and the purchase is between you and them, under their terms.
Prices and availability
Prices shown in Tote are what we read from a retailer’s page at the time you saved it, or what you typed yourself. They go stale, and often quickly. The retailer’s own site is always the authority on price, availability and specification. We label the cart figure an estimated total for exactly this reason, and you should treat it as a reminder rather than a quote.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Be at least 13. Do not use Tote to break the law, to infringe anyone else’s rights, or to try to reach data that is not yours.
Your content
The items and carts you create remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store them and show them back to you across your devices and any assistant you connect. We do not claim ownership and we do not sell them.
Retailer links and affiliate disclosure
Links to retailers pass through Tote so we can record that you clicked and return you to the right page. Tote may in future earn a commission from some retailers when you buy through one of these links. If that happens it will never change the price you pay, and it will never change which items we show you or the order we show them in.
AI assistants
If you connect an assistant, it acts on your cart with your authorisation and only within the permissions you grant. It cannot buy anything. You remain responsible for what you ask it to do, and the assistant is governed by its own provider’s terms.
Availability
Tote is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Inquentity Holdings is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Tote, including anything to do with a purchase you make at a retailer. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending things
You can stop using Tote and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or puts other users at risk.
